01 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "You") and hyph77 ("we," "us," "the Platform," or "the Company") governing your access to and use of the hyph77 website, mobile platform, and all associated services offered at hyph77.best.
By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on hyph77, you confirm that you have read, fully understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not proceed with registration and do not use the hyph77 platform.
hyph77 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. 02 Eligibility
To be eligible to open and maintain a hyph77 account, you must meet all of the following criteria at all times:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. hyph77 does not permit minors to participate in any form of real-money gaming or betting.
- You must be physically located in the Philippines when accessing the platform, or otherwise in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by law.
- You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register operated by Philippine gaming regulators or any similar programme you have voluntarily enrolled in.
- You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of hyph77 or any of its associated companies, or an immediate family member of any such person.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep that information up to date.
hyph77 may request proof of identity, age, and address at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in account suspension and retention of funds until the matter is resolved. This is a regulatory requirement, not a choice — it protects all players on the platform.
03 Account Registration
One Account Per Player
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on hyph77. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, hyph77 reserves the right to close all related accounts, forfeit any balances, and void any pending or settled bets.
Account Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your hyph77 login details with anyone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support immediately. hyph77 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player's own negligence contributed to the breach.
Account Verification (KYC)
hyph77 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in line with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be asked to submit a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail KYC verification will be restricted from withdrawals until the process is completed.
Acceptable IDs include: Philippine passport, SSS/UMID card, driver's licence, PRC ID, PhilHealth card, voter's ID, or any other government-issued photo identification.
04 Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposits
hyph77 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, online banking through BDO, BPI, and UnionBank, as well as Visa and Mastercard bank cards. All amounts are processed in Philippine Pesos (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱500 unless otherwise specified during a promotional period.
Deposits must come from a payment method owned by the registered account holder. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension. hyph77 does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or payments from unverified sources.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the method's availability. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. GCash and Maya withdrawals typically process within minutes during business hours. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on your bank's processing schedule.
Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. hyph77 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before releasing funds. Players who have received bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before withdrawing bonus-derived winnings. Winnings from free bets or promotions may have separate withdrawal conditions as specified in the relevant promotion's terms.

05 Bonuses & Promotions
hyph77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be clearly stated at the point of offer. General bonus conditions that apply across all promotions are set out below.
Wagering Requirements
All deposit bonuses and free bets are subject to wagering requirements before the resulting balance can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in that promotion's individual terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated time period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from the account.
Bonus Eligibility
Welcome bonuses are available to new players registering for the first time only. Players who abuse the bonus system — including by registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or using betting patterns designed to exploit wagering requirements — will have their bonuses voided and accounts reviewed. hyph77 may refuse or withdraw a bonus at its discretion if there is evidence of promotional abuse.
Sulit tip: Always read the individual promotion page before claiming any bonus. The wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry date are the four most important things to check before you opt in.
Bonus Terms Hierarchy
Where a specific promotion's terms conflict with these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion's terms take precedence for the duration of that promotion only.
06 Games & Betting Rules
Each game category on hyph77 — including Baccarat, Jackpot Slots, Sports Betting, Online Casino, MMA Betting, Sabong, and Tongits — operates under its own set of game-specific rules. These rules are displayed within each game section and form part of these Terms by reference.
Result Finality
Once a bet is confirmed and the relevant event or game round has concluded, the result is final. hyph77 does not reverse settled bets except in cases where there has been a verified technical error on the platform's part, or where the result has been officially amended by the governing sporting body or arena.
Sabong-Specific Rules
Sabong results are determined by the official decision of the licensed cockpit arena hosting the derby. If a fight is declared void, cancelled, or results in a no-contest determination from the arena authority, all bets on that fight will be refunded. Parlays will have the affected leg removed and the payout recalculated on remaining legs.
Technical Failures
In the event of a platform malfunction, server interruption, or connectivity issue during a live game round or active bet, hyph77 will review the incident and determine the appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis. The platform's records are the definitive source of truth for all bet and game round data.
07 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct
hyph77 is committed to maintaining a fair and secure environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and a permanent ban from the platform:
- Registering more than one account or assisting another person to do so
- Using any form of automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence to interact with games or the platform interface
- Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage
- Colluding with other players in card games or live dealer games to gain an advantage over the house or other players
- Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the platform
- Providing false information during registration or KYC verification
- Sharing or selling account access to other individuals
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or interfere with any part of the hyph77 platform
hyph77 employs real-time fraud detection and pattern analysis to identify prohibited conduct. Players found to have engaged in any of the above will have all associated accounts closed and outstanding balances retained pending investigation.
08 Responsible Gaming
hyph77 takes responsible gaming seriously. We believe that gaming should be a source of entertainment — not a financial solution or a coping mechanism. We actively encourage players to make use of the self-management tools available in their accounts, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options.
If you feel that your gaming habits are becoming difficult to control, we strongly encourage you to activate the self-exclusion feature on your hyph77 account. Self-exclusion can be set for a defined period or indefinitely. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to access real-money games.

10 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hyph77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:
- Bets placed and lost in the normal course of gaming activity
- Technical interruptions, server downtime, or connectivity issues outside hyph77's reasonable control
- Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own disclosure of login credentials
- Changes to laws or regulations that affect the legality of your use of the platform
- Delays in payment processing caused by third-party financial institutions
In all cases, hyph77's total liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11 Amendments to These Terms
hyph77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address on file or through a notice on the platform. Non-material changes take effect immediately upon publication.
If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you may close your account and withdraw your available balance. Continued use of hyph77 after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
12 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.
hyph77 operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) and all applicable Philippine gaming legislation. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform is lawful under the laws of their own jurisdiction.
